Booking & privacy policy
Everything about deposits, cancellations, child rates and your personal data – clear before you travel.
Deposit, cancellation & rates
Valid from 1 January 2026 for every booking.
1.Children
- Under 5: Free
- Aged 5 – 10: 50% of the adult price
- Aged 11 – 13: 75% of the adult price
- Aged 14 and over: Adult price
- Applies to entry tickets, stays, camping and music nights. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
2.Deposit
- Deposit: 50% of the booking value
- Pay the deposit within: 24 hours
- Counted from when Cao Minh confirms your booking. The balance is paid on arrival.
3.Cancellation & date changes
- Cancel 72+ hours ahead for a full deposit refund.
- Within 72 hours 50% is refunded.
- Within 24 hours no refund.
- One free date change if you tell us 48 hours ahead.
- Storms or extreme weather: full refund or a new date.
4.Weekday discount
- Check-in Sunday – Thursday: −15%
- Applies to rooms and stay combos. Not valid on public holidays or Lunar New Year.
5.Public holidays & Lunar New Year
- Public holidays: New Year's Day, Hung Kings' Day, 30 Apr – 1 May, 2 Sep: +20%
- Lunar New Year (29th of the last lunar month – 6th of the first): +30%
- Applies to rooms, stay combos and camping.
6.Groups
- From 20 guests: −5%
- From 50 guests: −10%
- Applies to stays, camping and dining.
- Groups of 20+ guests: 1 free place for the group leader per 20 guests. Offers cannot be combined.
7.Check-in & check-out
- Check-in 2 pm, check-out noon the next day. Free luggage storage if you arrive early.
8.Good to know
- Book early for the best spots; last-minute bookings are welcome when available.
- Bringing your own food into the resort incurs a surcharge of VND 50,000 per person per meal (includes cleaning and use of tableware).
- Prices exclude 8% VAT.
Your personal data
A short summary of our privacy policy, written under Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023 on personal data protection.
What we collect
- When you book, buy music night tickets, ask for a group quote or contact us: your name, phone (and Zalo if given), email, booking details (dates, services, number of adults and children, children’s ages for child rates) and any notes you add.
- For groups asking for a VAT invoice: the organisation name and invoice details.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages viewed) through visitor statistics. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To confirm and deliver your booking, tickets or quote, and to contact you about it (deposit, reminders, changes, cancellation).
- To issue invoices you request and answer your questions; internal statistics in aggregate form.
- We only send promotions if you agree to receive them.
We never sell your data
- Cao Minh does not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- It is shared only as needed with Cao Minh staff handling your booking, technical providers that run the website (hosting, email, payment gateway), and authorities when the law requires.
Storage & security
- Data is kept on the website’s systems with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorised staff.
- We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes and for accounting and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
- Under Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may be informed about the processing, give or withdraw consent, view and correct your data, ask for deletion, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and may mean we cannot continue an open booking.
- Cookies remember your language, support booking and measure visits. You can turn them off in your browser; some features may then not work fully.
